Someone called in at least 10 fake school shooter threats Thursday and that kept officers all over the state on alert. OHP Trooper Eric Foster said these types of calls take first responders away from real emergencies and can be dangerous.

OHP and ODOT are stressing the importance of the state's law that requires drivers to move over if they see flashing lights on the side of the road. They said if it's a first responder, tow truck driver, or even just a driver, you must move over.

A dad and his little girl are dead, after they were swept away from their vehicle by flood waters in Adair County. "It's terrible and it tears at our heart that it happened in the first place," said Trooper Eric Foster, OHP.
